Costume Contest Rules On Halloween night, October 31st, Spooky Hollow hosts it’s annual Costume Contest beginning at 6:45 P.M. central time. Costumes are judged by members of the Boo Crew and are based on the following categories… 1st Prize Best Costume
Scariest Costume
Creepiest Costume
Coolest Costume
Most Original Costume
Most Humorous Costume  2011 Prizes include:
- A bag of Halloween candy.
- A ribbon (for each category).
- A Halloween DVD movie.
- A set of trading cards.
- Plus much, much more!
Please follow these simple rules: - All entries must be in person with costume on.
- Any person of any age is able to enter.
- Furry friends are welcome.
- All costumes must be original.
- All costumes must be safe.
