1997 Spooky Hollow began in 1996 after Jack and Gina spent Halloween answering the door nearly every second. Come Halloween 1997, Gina made five tombstones and two coffins out of scrap wood. Trick-or-treaters were puzzled by what they saw in the yard. Who knew that this would be the beginning of something big! Things to note: Over the years, these tombstones and coffins have been replaced with better and more realistic ones. Also, note the hangman off the deck. |
